Shipping:

All orders placed on the Slarutan Cosmetic Laboratory website shipping rates are included in the final sale. For custom orders, shipping rates will be applied to the invoice once the order has been processed. Shipping services will be chosen by Slarutan Cosmetic Laboratory for the best rate. If you have an account with a shipping service and would like to schedule a pickup, notify your sales executive for an adjustment to your invoice.

Payments:

We require Full payment at the time of the order for private label, sample kit , semi private label purchases. Custom Shelf formula and Custom Formula require a $500 Lab fee , 50% deposit at the start of production and the remaining balance to be paid in full upon completion of the order. Additional fees may be required based on the complexity of creating the requested formula. Custom and  Semi-Custom orders will be processed with in 14 business days.
